MvDBaR is Salem’s first coffee and wellness bar to harness the power of functional mushrooms, wild botanicals, and locally sourced ingredients. Every beverage is crafted to be vegan, gluten-free, and rich in natural benefits—whether you’re enjoying an energizing adaptogenic coffee, a soothing wellness tea, or a colorful herbal elixir. Designed for both flavor and function, these drinks support focus, vitality, and overall well-being.
Located inside of Not Ya Mama's Vegan Cafe and rooted in Salem’s rich history and natural abundance, MvDBaR offers more than just a menu—it’s an experience. Guests are invited to embrace mindful living, set intentions, and connect with the community through each thoughtfully prepared cup. We deepen it with Black Currant Juice, Cordyceps, and Housemade Sage Syrup (Sage, Sugar, Lemons) for a velvety sip for clarity, stamina, and listening to the land after dark.
